We sell 100% grass-finished beef from our neighbor down the road, Brendan Wyly of Grace Wyly Farm. We were delighted to discover that Brendan sources calves from the same herd we did, and manages them very similarly to how we managed our cattle, so we feel confident in the quality of the meat and the care the animals receive from Brendan. We are so glad to be able to continue offering such delicious, heart-healthy meat to our discerning customers!
