Once a year we offer half or whole pigs from our friend and neighbor Brendan Wyly of Grace Wyly Farm. The total price is $5/lb and is charged by the hanging weight, which is the weight after the skin and organs have been removed. Hanging weight of a half pig will be around 100 lbs, or $500, which includes all butcher fees. The takehome weight will be around 70 lbs. This deposit will secure your order; the remainder of your balance will be due upon pickup of the meat.
