Our diverse orchard is planted with 5 varieties of apple, 3 types of peaches, 2 Asian pears, and an understory of juneberries, aronia, and haskap (aka honeyberry). All managed with "beyond organic" practices, including biodynamic preparations, neem oil, compost tea, kelp, and clay!
